Here are the ingredients that you will need:
2-4 large chicken breasts (my family prefers the boneless skinless chicken breasts)
one can of condensed cream of chicken soup
Milk (you can substitute water for the milk if needed)
First, place one can of condensed cream of chicken soup in your slow-cooker. Using the empty can from the cream of chicken soup, fill the can up with milk or water (about 1 1/4 cup). Place the milk or water in the slow-cooker with the cream of chicken soup. Mix together. Then, place the chicken breasts in your slow-cooker and sprinkle pepper over them. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours until the chicken is completely cooked. I will often put frozen skinless boneless chicken breasts in my slow-cooker if I plan to cook them on low all day.
The chicken will come out tender and delicious. Plus, you will have chicken gravy to pour over potatoes or rice. This recipe is so easy and delicious!
